Inktober Challenge Days 4-7

Inktober day 7: Moth & Exhausted

Inktober day 7: Moth & Exhausted

I’ve pleasantly surprised myself by keeping up with the daily Inktober challenge so far! I’m following prompts from both the @inktober account on Instagram and the class by Lisa Congdon over at Creative Bug, sometimes merging both the prompts into one painting!

Below are the rest of the sketches in reverse order:

I’d like to add that the sketch on day 7 was hugely inspired by the illustrations of the fabulously talented and imaginative Terry Runyan, particularly by her cat on head series! Do pop over to her website www.terryrunyan.com or follow her on Instagram @terryrunyan and see her magical creations for yourself.

I’ll post my Inktober sketches here weekly but if you’d like to see the sketches daily, I do post on Instagram @floatinglemonsart, so please do follow me there. Let’s hope I continue with the daily fun this coming week too! Cheers.
