Indigo has been my go-to colour recently. There’s a certain richness and depth to it that I’m hugely attracted to and love. So when I pick the brushes up and start doodling, it gets dipped into these lovely hues and whatever I dabble onto the page somehow seems just perfect, no matter how awkward it might really be.

So I took another much-needed break in between trips and sat and doodled everyday things … flowers and leaves and cups and pots, and surrounded them with marks and bits and pieces that dribbled off the tip of my brush. Sllipping joyfully into the zone and immersing myself in playful creative therapy. It’s good for my soul and I can only hope that it somehow lightens your day as well! Cheers.
