Time Lapse Video Abstract Flower Doodles
I’ve been experimenting, learning how to do time lapse videos (finally!) and discovering a whole new world of fun! I’ve done a couple for the bullet journal (see them HERE), and now here I am painting watercolour doodles in the sketchbook. There’s still a lot to learn so I’m taking it slow and easy and getting quick videos done until I get to the next stage and polish them up a bit more. Meanwhile, here they are:
Below is actually the first video I did. I think I chose to do what I call my ‘doodles’ so as not to put too much pressure on creating a perfect work of art to showcase in motion! Once I get more relaxed about the results I’ll go for something a wee bit more detailed, but at the moment I’m enjoying these loose paintings!
I’ve started a YouTube channel and you can find it by clicking here: Mariana Black Designs on YouTube and I’m incorporating the timelapses of the bullet journal as well as from the sketchbook. Why am I doing these videos? Because I’ve always loved watching artists at work, it has fascinated me and taught me so much … and although I shan’t begin to compare myself to some of them (who are amazing!) I feel that it’s a way of sharing my journey as well.
I’ll be subscribing to some of those artists so that you can follow them too, so please do join me on YouTube and explore all the creative possibilities that the channel has to offer. Enjoy your day!
